I love radishes and can hardly wait to get them in the ground each spring. Easy to grow and quick to mature, there are endless ways to enjoy them.

Not everyone enjoys the peppery flavor of radishes. Did you know that roasting radishes completely changes the flavor? The peppery notes fade into a sweeter taste.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb Radishes – cleaned and halved
  • 1 lb Brussel Sprouts – cleaned and halved
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • Salt + Pepper to Taste

STEPS:

Combine all ingredients and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
